Until 2021, CN Active was known as CN Sports before being divided into CN Sports and CN Active. CN Sports is a grassroots football club, competing in the local leagues. CN Active provides football coaching, holiday clubs and sports parties to children in Blackpool, St Annes, Lytham St Annes and the Fylde Coast.
Based in St Annes, Lancashire, CN Active is run by local sports coach, Chris Nay, who has been working in sports coaching with schools and sports clubs for over 20 years. As a highly qualified sports coach, Chris, along with a team of DBS checked coaches, provide sports coaching, holiday camps and birthday parties to primary school children. Chris is FA safeguarding certified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
Mr Nay’s holiday camps
The hugely popular holiday camps are run during the school holidays and give children the opportunity to try a wide range of sports and activities including football, rugby, handball, dodgeball, cricket, Futsal, dance, archery and lots more! Here at CN Active we recognise that sport brings a wide range of benefits to children. As well as the physical and mental health benefits, sport helps to develop developing communication and social skills. Our holiday camps provide a safe environment for all children to learn sports while having fun.
Pay-as-you-play football and Futsal sessions
We also run weekly pay-as-you-play football and Futsal sessions at St Annes YMCA. That means there are no joining or monthly membership fees so you only pay for the sessions you can attend. These sessions are aimed at primary school age children who would like to eventually progress to a grassroots football team, as well as those who just want to come and play for fun! All parties include a 60/70 minute party with presentation and trophy for the birthday boy/girl. You will also get 20 minutes to feed the children with your own food and birthday cake!
